Ask me what Qualities that I would look for in a Real Estate Agent.

First, I want a Realtor and not Just a Real Estate Agent. There's a difference. A Realtor has had additional Training and is Held to a Higher Ethical Standard. I want someone that is Knowledgeable, Local, Experienced, Well Rounded and Treats me like a Client and not just a Customer.

I come from Fourth Generation Family Business. My Parents instilled in me to, "Treat each and every Client as if they were my Only Client and to visualize that
my Success was dependent upon their Satisfaction".

I hold an ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) Designation and an MRP (Military Relocation Professional) Certification. I have had 137 Sales with Over 90+ Listings, with 22 Listings at the same time. I averaged 36 Sales a Year for 4 years Prior to relocating to Daytona Beach 2021. I have held a Real Estate License since 2017 for Georgia and Florida. I've been in the Top 20% in Sales the last for years in Georgia and a National Century 21 Sales Award.

I have served on Hazard Mitigation Committees, Planning and Zoning Committees, and a County Development Authority. I am a former Citizen of the Year for my community and Served as President for four different Organizations. My current Hobbies are Surfing and Pickleball.

My Daughter Ashley Fountain is my Real Estate Partner and she's been a Resident of Daytona Beach for the past 15 Years. We Both LOVE Real Estate and we're Both OCD about Taking Care of Our Clients.
